Sharing Love, Spirituality & Connection is my mission
The Universe chose me to do what I do.
I want every stall-holder & visitor to have a good time
and leave with a heart full of love
All Are Love Events are value-driven and heart centred
Hi, I’m Jen and this is my story…
Imagine being 15 years old, just starting out your career with dreams bigger than you can put into words…
That was me, diving headfirst into hospitality at Smithills Coaching House in Bolton.
It wasn’t “just a job” – it was the start of something much bigger – but at the time, I didn’t know to which extent…
Hard work, compassion and integrity – my core values.
Over the years, I worked my way up… not because of “luck”… but because I put all my heart and determination in everything I was doing (and I still do!).
I became a team leader, then a trainee assistant manager, with brands like Whitebread, Mitchells & Butlers, and Innkeepers Fayre.
Those titles were more than just promotions; they were stepping stones, teaching me what it means to create spaces where people feel welcomed and valued.
One of the best lessons? The importance of mentorship.
My mentor, Bernie Threlfall, taught me not only in the field of the technicalities of hospitality, but also about how to lead with compassion and integrity.
But my journey wasn’t all smooth sailing.
In 2009, I decided to take a bold step—I enrolled as a mature student at the University of Salford to study Hospitality Management. As you can imagine, this wasn’t easy.
There were days when I felt overwhelmed. I was indeed juggling full-time studies with a demanding part-time job as a duty manager at Lidl… but I pushed through and I’m glad I did!
By 2012, when I graduated with a 2.1 Hospitality Management degree, it wasn’t just a piece of paper – it was a concrete and tangible proof of resilience and that hard work really does pay off.

We all deserve Connection, Growth and Love
Fast forward to now, here I am, taking everything I’ve learned – all those years of experience, the lessons from mentors, the late nights and early mornings… and using it all to create All-Are Love Events.
Because I know, just like I’ve grown through every challenge, that we all deserve spaces that inspire us to connect, grow, and feel the love that’s all around us.
This isn’t just my story….
It’s a reminder that no matter where you start or how tough the journey gets, there’s something beautiful waiting on the other side.
Blessed by Life with 2 beautiful children
Since then, life blessed me with two beautiful souls. Being a mother to Evie, my rainbow baby, and Jamie, my pot of gold baby is a true gift.
They’re my grounding force, reminding me of what really matters.
After two high-risk pregnancies, everything shifted. I realised that while I could balance part-time work at Lidl, my heart was pulling me in another direction—towards something deeper, more meaningful.
That’s when All-Are Love Events became my passion. More than a business, it’s my way of giving back, of channeling love and positivity into the world.
Every event is a reminder that we’re all in this together, that through connection and community, we can lift each other up and move forward.
My journey with Evie and Jamie has shown me that life’s toughest moments can lead to the most beautiful paths – and this path, bringing people together through All-Are Love, is one I wouldn’t trade for anything!
So… Are you joining me on my mission?
I hope that through these events, you find your own space to reconnect with yourself and others, and that you leave feeling uplifted, loved, and ready for what’s next.
Lots of Love to you all 🫶🏻
Jen Win xXx
